The mission of the Tolland Education Foundation (TEF) is to inspire – and fund – innovative, creative learning experiences in Tolland Public Schools that enrich academics and build life skills for our youngest to our oldest students of all abilities.
The Tolland Education Foundation (TEF) seeks to sustain its 15+ year track record of being a consistent resource for the Tolland Public Schools’ superintendent, principals, teachers, paraprofessionals and staff members. Through the generosity of local residents and businesses, TEF is able to ‘show up’ for them when their unique ideas to provide ‘life skill’ lessons to students surpass their funds.
Our youngest to our oldest students of all abilities, of course! And when your school system is strong and builds life skills for Tolland’s youngest generation, the community as a whole grows stronger, too!

On the heels of this weekend’s fundraising event with the Harlem Wizards, the Tolland Education Foundation awarded a grant to TMS Drama Club advisors Mrs. Bellman and Mr. Hartel today to elevate the production quality and capabilities available in the middle school auditorium for immediate and sustainable use. Funding will also provide hands-on opportunities for students to learn how to use behind-the-scenes equipment to help transform any production into a magical experience for students and other audiences!
I’m so thankful to the TEF for supporting our school, my classroom and the arts! YAY TMS DRAMA!

We’re overwhelmed by the generosity of our town in helping to make the Harlem Wizards event so successful. We couldn't have done it without the Tolland All Star team, our incredible volunteers, and all of the behind-the-scenes support from our school system partners- Thank you to Mrs. Palumbo, Mrs. Pater, Mrs Misiura, Mrs. Wry, Mrs. Babey, Mrs. Ernest, Mrs. Barkus and Mrs. Burns.
